This is a very clean product, never sanded so there is 5mm of oak layer which can be sanded multiple times, so it can go a lifetime. Edges are super clean, there is virtually no maintainance cost other than a layer of sanding and refinishing based on yoır taste, for some it might not even needed, many of the boards are already vety clean and has no deep scratches.
