This bike does function but will need a proper service and repairs which due to general wear n tear .m. This bike is ideal for someone is not relying on the battery or is handy with maintenance for Bakfiets bikes. It comes without the plastic cover , but it has always been stored with a protective cover. It comes with one key. Low price is due to the maintenance it will eventually need , wear n tear and the fact it had my business logo on the side which has been removed but may need some sanding to remove the outline.
