The bike is ready to hit the road, just thorougly cleaned.
It's fully serviced and always maintened with great care. See last picture for last service date (not used since then).
At the same time please take into account that the bike is indeed used, so there are normal sign of wear and tear after normal usage.

The bike is available to see and test in Valkenburg (next to Leiden/Katwijk).
