In order for the Café de Paris to continue to attract numerous guests, it urgently needs renovation. In Intarsia, players compete for the contract for the coveted work on the parquet. To win this contract, they must prove their skills by refining the floor with stylish inlays and outdoing their competitors with new tools. Each floor ornament can consist of one to four delicate wooden elements that are put together from the outside in. The more parts the ornament consists of, the more victory points it earns! Material cards can be used to pay for wooden elements in the construction phase and build them according to the laying rules. Whoever fulfills the requirement of a tool with this gets the point-earning tile. Only the person with the best building skills can secure the contract and help the café to shine again!
