This multi-colored board serves as a visually appealing replacement for the City Improvement Board and Tiles (or Flip-charts) used in ”Catan: Cities & Knights”.

The board consists of 3 separate plates that are easily assembled to form the foundation for your City Improvements during gameplay.
Each plate indicates one of the three disciplines of city improvements, along with the associated commodities (cloth, coin, paper), the specific quantity/cost of commodities required to unlock each improvement level (or a metropolis), and the permanent ability gained upon reaching level 3. The dice connected to each city improvement are also clearly displayed.

Additionally, for each level you unlock, there’s a small, color-coded building figure that represents the corresponding building or city improvement. The cost of the specific city improvement is also shown on the underside of each figure.
