We used a removeable sticker set, and all stickers have been removed without damage. All secret tuckboxes and envelopes have been resealed with new stickers. This also means that the original sticker sheets are in the box and unused! And for what it's worth, you will get whatever is left of the removeable set that we had.

Additionally, I have taken the time to reorganize all of the card decks to make it as easy as possible to set up a new game. So, it will be just like getting the game brand new, except you don't have to punch out all the cardboard and organize everything.

It comes with the foam core insert from Folded Space. This makes organization easy and dramatically reduces the set-up and tear-down time. If you are unaware, you should know that the original box insert was essentially non-existent. Almost everyone who gets Gloomhaven buys an insert because the sheer amount of different components in the box is unmanageable without one.

Also, we made a custom solution for initiative tracking with actually really nice color-coded initiative tokens (enemy tokens pictured). We only bothered to make a marker for a character when we started to use it, and we did not use (or even unlock) all characters. So, most characters have a custom marker in their tuckbox, but not all. Still, this is a VERY convenient addition to the game.

We had a ton of fun with this game, having played through the entire campaign, and I hope you will love it as much as I did.

The cheapest price you will find for a new copy of 1st edition is €140. The folded space insert is another €45. So, the used price can be compared to a new price of about €185.
