Spathiphyllum Lima (luchtzuiverend), hoogte 40 cm (met pot)

The Spathiphyllum is famous for its ability to remove bad substances from the air. The Spathiphyllum forms a dense clump of large, upright, glossy, evergreen leaves with drooping tips, making it a beautiful houseplant all year round. In spring and early summer, the elegant white flowers appear on slender stems above the leaves.

The white flowers make the Spathiphyllum much more unique and different from other green houseplants. A Spathiphyllum can flower several times a year if it is cared for properly.

The flowering period lasts up to 10 weeks at a time, making it an exceptionally long bloomer!

Care
The Spathiphyllum needs more water than other houseplants. It is therefore recommended to water the plant twice a week in the summer, and once a week in the winter.

Do not place the plant in full sun: it prefers a sheltered spot. Another important aspect is to remove the faded flowers after they have finished blooming, so that the plant can put its energy into creating new leaves and flowers.

The plant has a height around 40 cm, measured including the pot. The plant goes with pot.
