"Elephant Lamp is a fantastic scene, like those that happen in fairy tales, in which the characters all have a magical and fundamental role. In these stories, animals and objects are animated by that magic that makes them talk, fall in love, overcome trials and meet again.
In this scene the Elephant, shortly after sunset, climbs the hill to meet the Moon again.
This special moment, these "characters" and this sculpture want to express my love for nature, animals and the beauty of the Moon, at the same time I wanted to evoke its fantastic, romantic aspect, as if Elephant Lamp were the illustration of a fairy tale, but three-dimensional and usable as a lamp!"
