We are selling this bedframe (Canapé) + mattress (not Ikea and 1000 times better!) because we are leaving the Netherlands. The bed and the mattress have 1 year of use, and they are both in perfect condition. Color: dark grey About the mattress: The mattress is made of memory foam on top/bottom and another material in the middle. It is 20 cm thick and it's firm. Sleeping is extremely comfortable, and the mattress can keep up with heavy weight (I weigh 95+ kg). It keeps your back straight, and it is gentle to the touch. (I have issues with sleeping, so I'm very picky with my mattress. I tried all the mattresses in 8 different shops before finding this one. IKEA mattresses are awful). About the bed (canape/upholstered): It's easy to access your things under the bed thanks to the integrated lift mechanism. Simply pull the strap, and the base lifts smoothly and easily.
The Ottoman's storage space has a protective lining as its base, which keeps your things off the floor and helps to keep them clean and dust-free.
