This is Man-E-Faces, the heroic warrior with three rotating identities — Man, Monster, and Robot — from the Masters of the Universe toy line by Mattel (1982). This France-made version is an early regional release, recognizable by its unique paint tones and harder plastic composition.
The head rotation mechanism works properly, switching smoothly between all three faces. The figure shows moderate paint wear, mostly around the helmet and chest, and the torso section is slightly loose but fully functional. Limbs remain firm and the overall display quality is very good for its age.
