🇳🇱 In veel gevallen is het mogelijk de accu te repareren. Bij een defect aan de accu is het niet meteen noodzakelijk de accu te reviseren of te vervangen.

Deze onderdelen worden individueel berekent bij de totale reparatie kosten.

Bij accu reparatie wordt er eerst een diagnose gesteld. Op basis van die diagnose bepalen wij wat er nodig is om de accu te repareren. Wij nemen contact met jou op om de diagnose te bespreken, zodat je kunt bepalen wat je wilt doen met jouw accu.

Gemiddelde doorlooptijd is tussen de 7 en 10 werkdagen. Met wat gelukt kan het soms wat sneller zijn.

Als je jouw product niet wilt laten repareren of als het niet mogelijk is de accu te repareren dan brengen wij € 95,00 in rekening voor de onderzoekskosten en sturen we jouw accu terug. De €95,- kan in korting gegeven worden bij aankoop van een nieuwe accu.

Revisie van uw accu betekent dat uw huidige versleten accupakket vervangen wordt door een nieuw samengesteld accupakket. Wij testen uw fietsaccu voordat wij deze gaan reviseren, indien mogelijk. Dit voorkomt dat wij een goede accu reviseren. Wanneer blijkt dat uw accu nog in goede staat is overleggen wij dit met u. Het kan voorkomen dat u een software update nodig heeft, de print in de accu stuk is of er ergens in de fiets iets niet goed is waardoor uw accu sneller leegloopt.

Battery repair begins with a diagnosis. Based on this diagnosis, we determine what is needed to repair the battery. We will contact you to discuss the diagnosis so you can decide what you want to do with your battery.

The average repair time is between 7 and 10 business days. Sometimes with a bit of luck, it can faster.

If you do not want your product repaired, or if it’s not possible to repair we will charge €95.00 for the investigation costs and return your battery.
These €95,- can be given in discount when you buy a new battery.

Reconditioning your battery means replacing your current worn-out battery pack with a newly assembled battery pack. We test your battery before reconditioning it. This prevents us from reconditioning a good bicycle battery, if possible. If it turns out your battery is still in good condition, we'll discuss it with you. It's possible you need a software update, the battery circuit board is broken, or there's something wrong with the bike that's causing your battery to drain faster.
