Gibson Les Paul Traditional Ebony
I am offering here a beautiful used Gibson Les Paul Traditional from 2009 in a black ebony finish!
The Traditional badge is given to Les Paul models made with a special accent on vintage styling.
This model comes with a solid mahogany body with maple top.
Body is bound in aged binding around the carved top, it is covered with an elevated pickguard and it features a set in joint.
Finished in nitrocellulose lacquer.
Traditional Nashville tune-o-matic bridge/stoptail bar combo is plated in nickel.
So is the rest of the hardware on this gorgeous LP.
The neck is made of mahogany and it features the ‘50s back contour.
22-fret rosewood fingerboard is installed on the top.
This cool Axe is in Excellent Shape, with a couple very light finish marks around the guitar,..easy 9/10!
ALL Original-NO Breaks, Cracks or Repairs, Includes Original Black Gibson Case !
Traditional touches include aged body and fingerboard binding, pickguard, and pickup rings, along with Gold Speed Knobs.
Classic Gibson construction ensures optimum playability, too, along with traditional specs like a 24 ¾” scale length, a 1 11/16” and a 12-inch fingerboard radius for smooth, easy bending.
Pure vintage-voiced tone with a contemporary edge is assured by a pair of Gibson’s ’57 Classic™ pickups with traditional chromed covers.
Both are made in the image of the hallowed PAF humbucker of the late 1950s with Alnico II magnets, a traditional wind in the neck position for plenty of warmth and clarity, and slightly over-wound coils in the ’57 Classic Plus™ in the bridge position for juicy crunch and wailing lead tones.
Both pickups are wax potted, too, to avoid microphonic squeal at high volume levels, and routed through Orange Drop tone capacitors to their individual tone controls for a smooth, rich high-end roll off.

Helaas heb ik ook geen tags / inspection card en of warranty card bij deze Gibson LP en komt dus zonder het papierwerk,..de oud eigenaar had deze er helaas niet meer bij.
Hier wordt de gitaar absoluut niet minder door, en gaat er ook niet slechter door klinken !!
De reden dat ik deze gave Les Paul Traditional aanbiedt is, dat ik te veel Ebony kleurtjes in het rek heb staan, en dat ik dus wil ruilen tegen een andere (solid body) Gibson LP in een andere finish (kleur), liefst in een (Silver)Burst, Flame / Violin / Tiger stripe / Faded finish, maar mag ook een andere kleur hebben, zolang het maar een solide / heavy body heeft.
Sorry maar geen Cherry Sunburst !!
De Gibson moet wel in een goede staat verkeren, dus dat wil zeggen geen versleten frets of fretwear, slecht werkende elektronica of de veel voorkomende neck/headstock crack bij een Gibson !
Is deze gerepareerd, dan heb ik helaas ook geen interesse !!
