What a super cool and super rare amp this is: The Selmer Truvoice Bassmaster Fifty in the coolest of all coverings: Faux Crocodile Skin!

The Bassmaster was the first version of the Treble and Bass 50 appearing in the 1963 Selmer catalogue and much rarer as it was only made in that year. This is the same model that Jack Bruce used when recording Fresh Cream and used to achieve the classic tone of greats like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Jimmy Page, The Who, & many more!

The Bassmaster is a 50 WATT 2 x EL34 based head with 4 x ECC83 valves and 2-channels: Normal and Bass, with each their own Bass, Treble and Volume. Despite it's name it sounds good for both guitar and bass, and was probably intended for use with guitar through the normal channel and a bass plugged into the bass channel.

It is all original and looks and sounds really really cool! It has big clean tone and sparkly crunch that rides a line between the classic American and British amps of the ERA.

The amp is all original with a couple or resitors and capacitors serviced. The cabinet head, chassis, tolex, grillcloth, handle, backpanel, transformers, pots, knobs, brass VOX style vents etc are original to this amp!
