Ⰶ PHALLIC TYPE (2002-2006): GERMANY ★ 2 EUROS 2002D BAVARIA DOUBLE STARS EAGLE!
Interesting issue of the biggest standard denomination in nice condition struck in Munich, the capital of Bavaria. The reverse is of phallic type of Northern countries on the map (1999-2006), see Introduction in online catalog "Varieties of Euro Coins" for details. Later starting from 2007 the second type was introduced, which removed impression of the first one, where a too anatomically correct view of the male genitalia of human at the top of the Rev. was exposed. This coin bears beautiful doubling of details on the reverse (see enlargement, where a few of them are marked with arrows).
