"Defy El Primero 21" uitgerust met El Primero 9004. De centrale chronograaf wijzer draait éénmaal per seconde en heeft een schaal die 1/100e van een seconde kan meten op de buitenring van de wijzerplaat. De belangrijkste eigenschap is de manier van het opwinden van de mainspring, en door de kroon tegen de klok in te draaien, wordt de mainspring normaal opgewonden. Daarnaast wordt door naar rechts te draaien de chronograafmainspring opgewonden, en het resterende bedrag wordt weergegeven door de indicator om 12 uur. Beperkte productie in Japan.
