For sale is this Oris Big Crown Chronograph (SA 7415), a vintage pilot-styled watch with strong character and heritage appeal. Especially with the iconic gold-colored rotor; a hallmark of Oris pieces from the mid-1990s and before the transition to the now-famous red rotor. This Oris is powered by the robust Valjoux 7750, automatic chronograph.
The watch is in overall very good vintage condition, and the movement runs well. There are minor scratches on the glass, which do not affect legibility or functionality. The 38mm case (+- 14mm thick) and the original black leather Oris strap (with folding clasp) remain solid, retaining their authentic vintage charm. The watch includes a non-stamped Oris booklet, see photos as well.
