Water
The water resistance of the Tunturi FitRow 70 creates a realistic feel. You pressure your joints less heavily with a natural resistance than when using a magnetic resistance. The harder you row, the heavier your training becomes. The more water you add to the rotating mass, the more resistance you will encounter.

Vary in resistance
Set the resistance and choose one of the 3 programs. Or choose the racing program for an extra challenge. Follow all your parameters such as time, distance, speed and calories burned on the LCD screen. You can also step up your efforts by choosing between one of the 8 resistance levels.

Smooth rowing
The FitRow 70 WTR has a single rail: this ensures a smooth rowing movement when you sit on the saddle. Fold up the rowing trainer neatly and roll it to the side after a workout.
