Yaesu M-1 High-End Desktop microphone

With the M-1 Yaesu is launching an absolute High-End Desktop microphone with a Condenser and a Dynamic-Element too.
The condenser element is designed with its clear, bright modulation for the use in poor, bad conditions or in DX-Pileup. At the dynamic element the focus is to emphase the deeper and middle frequency range. So this element is suitable for local QSO or simple chat.
Both microphone elments can be adjusted via the integrated 9-Band Graphic-Equalizer. And that separate for each element or both together. The adjustable ranges of the Equalizer are 63Hz, 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz and 16 kHz. Once found values can easy be stored in one of the 2 integrated Memorys. For sure you can switch off the graphic equalizer and then the element is bypassed. The build in LC-Display allows you to see all set values quick and comfortable. A also integrated 20s voice recorder allows you to record and playback.
To optimize the important frequency range from 1kHz to 1,5kHz Yaesu delivers with the M-1 a "Treble Boost Cowling" Adapter. A integrated additional microphone amplifier is also available.
For the first time Yaesu use at the M-1 magnetic switches for the PTT. This is a qualitative advantage to the previously used microswitches in the other models. For a smooth and long keystroke the M-1 has three Air-Cylinder-Tubes at the PTT-Key. A large, red TX-LED indicator is another feature of this microphone. To prevent you from a accidental transmitting, a PTT-Lock also is available.
An adjustable headphone socket and a XLR socket complete the overall picture of this top microphone.
