Technical Description AT-6666 PRO
The AnyTone AT-6666 PRO is a richly equipped shortwave transceiver for the frequency range from 28.0 to 29.7 MHz and operates in AM, FM, USB, LSB and CW modes. It is the direct successor to the popular AT-6666, which has been consistently further developed.

The easy-to-read, illuminated display has a large frequency display and a bargraph display for the S-meter. When transmitting, the exact SWR value can be displayed if desired, so you are always informed whether your antenna is optimally tuned.

The user can choose between two operating modes:
VFO mode: The frequency can be freely selected using the channel selection control.Channel mode: The frequencies can be selected from various "bands" (A, B, D, D, E, ...) with 40 channels each.

The available tuning steps are 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 100 kHz and 1 MHz. A clarifier also allows the exact frequency to be set if the other party is not transmitting exactly on the set frequency.

The output power in AM and SSB is 80 watts (PEP) and 50 watts in FM and can be set to the desired value using a control on the front of the device.

Switchable digital noise suppression not only provides clear and easy-to-understand audio reproduction when receiving, but can also be switched on for the transmitting branch. The supplied handheld microphone with electret element provides powerful modulation and has up/down buttons for frequency selection and a freely assignable "PF" button.
