If you like intense taste and flavour of garlic, hardneck is for you. Softneck sold in supermarket has mild taste and flavour. I love both hard & soft-neck taste and flavour. I grow what I love to eat. I grew up with garlic and never consider whether it is super food or not. It is crazy a lot of food, I grew up with, now being called super food. It is very much part & parcel of our Asian diet. Garlic when added to veggies, meat, anything, enhances the taste. Without garlic is like something missing in the dish. 🥰😋

Harvested and almost all dried now. Variety of hardneck species I've grown for two years after experimenting 6 years with softneck. Hardneck garlics have more intense taste than softneck. They're all organic grown. Onbespoten.

I offer a limited variety for sale only.
It took me a lot of time, efforts and tender loving care growing and harvesting them over the last 9 or more months.

Variety for sowing available for sale are:-
1. Purple Haze (2 bulbs)
2. Purple Glazar (2 bulbs)
3. Ontario (2 bulbs)
4. Polen (2 bulbs)
5. Woonha (2 bulbs)

(When you dry and store them longer, the outer skin turns purple. I remove the outer skin straight from the soil which is purple to prevent mould, thus you see is white on the foto. I'm drying them to store. 1st foto after I peel off the skin exposed to soil 2nd foto is to show you how the bulbs look inside by peeling off the inner skin of the same bulb.)

Per Bulb is €3 - 3,50 depending on size except Ontario is €2,50 due to sizes of the bulb. For eg, the foto is Purple Glazar of this size (some are bigger) for €3 to give you an idea of the size. In fact, the price does not include my labour, purely done by hand, no machine aid.

Please understand NO negotiation as each bulb I took a lot of care to dry, clean them so they can be stored well without getting mouldy. I check regularly on them. I have been experimenting and studying how best to grow, dry, harvest and store. Please respect what I grow and offer because sometimes I find it so hard that in a foreign country, though I've lived here almost 20 years, Dutch tends to bargain or this mentality of expecting cheap products even though it is of quality (of course, not all Dutch). I price what is mutually fair to myself and to the buyers. I walk out of the mentality of the world after a very long healing process of my own journey. 🙏🪽👼🏻📿🌱🌳
