*What are you going to do?
Administrative processing and updates of the training overview and SharePoint;

Managing inbox distribution and coordinating training logistics;

Tracking attendance, managing materials, and registering trainers;

Handling inquiries about the training offering and ordering supplies;

Planning and delivering training sessions;

Onboarding day: organizing, hosting, improving, and managing materials and welcome packages;

Onboarding for managers: coordinating training sessions delivered by HR advisors (HRAs);

Maintaining relationships with trainers for ongoing programs, both internal and external;

Supporting the development of new (e-)learning programs.

This RFP primarily focuses on the production and logistics activities of arvato Benelux B.V., namely the Business Unit High Tech EMEA NL, which operates two locations in Venray and one in Schiphol-Rijk. The BU High Tech EMEA NL mainly provides customer-specific logistics solutions for industries such as High Tech, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Media, and Consumer Goods.

What do we ask?
Ideal situation:

Completed HBO (Bachelor’s) degree in Learning & Development or a related field;

Or: at least completed MBO (secondary vocational) education combined with work experience in L&D or training (didactical knowledge);

Comfortable presenting to groups;

Creative mindset that can be applied to the development of training programs;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage.
