Discover a fulfilling career opportunity as a Purchasing Officer at our base maintenance facility in Maastricht Airport, The Netherlands. We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) to expand a dynamic purchasing team. Source and purchase parts, tools, and services for aircraft repair and maintenance projects.
Create orders in an advanced computerized/ERP system.
Arrange and follow up on transport and drop shipments.
Provide up-to-date information to maintenance team leaders, planners, and customer representatives.
Report and support the Purchasing Manager/Head of Department as needed.
Assist the Sales Manager with quote preparation.

Functie-eisen

✅ MBO degree or equivalent.
✅ Average level of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint is a plus).
✅ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
✅ Excellent team collaboration and supplier negotiation skills.
✅ Flexibility for standby duties on weekends and evenings in a regular schedule.
✅ Willingness to be trained on the job; experience in a similar position is a plus.
