• *What are you going to do?

As a Heineken Ambassador, you play a key role in inspiring future Heineken fans around the world. Our mission is simple: bringing people together to create long-lasting memories. Heineken was born in Amsterdam but raised by the world, and we continue to exceed expectations every day.

· Guide visitors through our interactive tours and share the rich history of Heineken, our brewing process, and global legacy.

· Create engaging and memorable guest experiences that turn visitors into lifelong Heineken fans.

· Master the art of pouring the perfect Heineken beer, and teach it with flair.

· Entertain and interact with guests from all over the world, bringing the Heineken story to life.

What do we offer?
· €17.70 hourly wage (+irregularity allowance during the weekend)

· 8% holiday allowance + 40 vacation days (based on full-time hours)

· 100% public transport coverage or €0.23/km reimbursement if commuting by car

Where will you work?
Located in the former Heineken brewery in Amsterdam, the Heineken Experience is an interactive tour where guests explore our brewing heritage, brand story, and enjoy a fresh beer.

We offer VIP tours, exclusive events, and house the world’s only Heineken Flagship Store.

With visitors from over 190 countries, we’re proud of our diverse and energetic team.

What do we ask?
· You are 18+ years old

· You have experience in hospitality, events, horeca, or retail

· You are available at least 2 whole days per week, including 1 weekday and 1 weekend day

· You can provide your schedule 2-4 weeks in advance

And also:

· You are fluent in English (a second language is a bonus)

· You’re available on Monday 27th of July for the selection day

· You are flexible in week 32 and 33 for 1 onboarding day and 3 training days

· You enjoy entertaining, presenting, and working in a team

· And yes... you love beer!
