They are part of a Group – a fast-growing international company with the feeling of a family business. They work with plastic materials and use modern CNC machines to make high-quality parts. As a CNC operator, you will set up machines, and help improve the production process. They focus on single-piece production and small series, which means every day brings new and interesting challenges. No boring mass production here! You will work closely with engineers, production, and quality control.
They offer a stable position with room to grow and a great team to work with. As an operator you will start in 2 shifts (6:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 0:00) if you advance to programmer you will continue working in day shift and you can also grow in salary.

Your main tasks:
- Setting up the 3- and 5-axis milling machines;
- Operating the machine:
- Check product quality;
- Read and understand technical drawings and instructions;
- Solve problems during production;
- Work with engineers to improve product and process;
- Help improve workflows (Lean, 5S, etc.);
- Follow safety rules and use protective equipment.

- Gross monthly salary between €2.700 and €3,200, based on experience;
- 28 vacation days + 5 extra days per year;
- €0.23/km travel allowance;

What do we ask?
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC operator (in plastics or metal);
- Good English skills (English is the company language); Dutch is a bonus, but not required;
- willing to learn programming;
- You must live in the Netherlands (this job is on location).
