- *What are you going to do?
As a process operator, you are responsible for a crucial part of our production process: powder coating metal components. You ensure the installation runs at peak performance and that every product meets our high quality standards. You'll be working in a modern machine facility alongside a dedicated team of colleagues.
A typical workday as a process operator includes:
- Setting up and operating the powder coating line
- Performing quality checks
- Troubleshooting malfunctions or deviations
- Monitoring the planning and progress
- Keeping the workplace clean and safe
What do we offer?

- Gross salary up to €3600, depending on your knowledge and experience
- Day shift position, but willingness to work in 2 shifts is a plus
- Possibility of direct employment with the client

What do we ask?
- At least a secondary vocational education diploma (MBO level 2), preferably in a technical field
- Experience as an operator or in a production environment
- Experience in the metal industry
- Technical insight and a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and hands-on
- Willing to learn Dutch
