The Learning & People Development team consists of a manager and two People specialists. We work closely with other teams in the People function, such as People Business Partners, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition, and collaborate with other Dutch Heineken entities.
What do we ask?
Education: A WO/master’s level qualification, such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or Business Administration.
Functional skills:
Language skills: Fluent in English.

- *As a Junior Learning & People Development Specialist at HEINEKEN, you will be a member of the Learning & People Development team at the Head Office. You will play a key role in raising the bar on People Development within HEINEKEN Head Office. The team continuously improves the Learning & People Development practices it is responsible for, including Learning & Development initiatives, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, Career Management, Performance Management, On-/Offboarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Analytics. You will collaborate with the business to analyze learning needs and gaps, and develop measurable (learning) solutions. You will also translate the global learning agenda and work with external learning suppliers. If you have a passion for Learning & Development, come and join our team!
- *What are you going to do?
Liaise with external learning suppliers and our learning service provider Archipel on L&D initiatives to fulfill the learning needs.
- Design, develop, and build learning solutions, including e-learnings or skill training.
- Create promotional campaigns, communications for participants, arrange materials, and serve as the first point of contact for participants and suppliers.
- Execute the onboarding programme "The HeiKE" in Head Office.
- Support the execution of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and organize various DEI events.
- Work on different Head Office-wide development programmes focused on team development.
- Contribute to the execution and improvement of current People Development tools, policies, and processes (e.g. Performance Management, Succession Management, Team Development opportunities).
- Support Change & Communications efforts for the Head Office.
