• *Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and shaping the workforce of a leading global technology company? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic team in Rijswijk.

• *In this role, you will lead and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple countries in Western Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with business departments to understand their hiring needs, identify innovative sourcing channels, and attract both entry-level and experienced candidates. Your insights and strategies will help shape the company’s talent acquisition approach and contribute to long-term growth.

• *What are you going to do?

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of the end-to-end recruitment process to achieve hiring objectives.
• Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Build strong partnerships with business units to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and raise company visibility.
• Analyze market trends and internal workforce data to provide actionable insights and guidance.

What do we ask?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a strong passion for HR and recruitment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the ICT/technology sector.
• Proven experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for high-demand technology roles.
• Excellent communication, coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility in a multicultural environment.
• Results-driven, able to manage pressure, collaborative, and eager to take on challenges.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese and other languages is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.
