• *For an international organisation in pharmaceutical production in Tilburg, we are looking for an Operator, level I.

• *This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week for 6 months. You will work in shifts within a professional and structured production environment.

• *What are you going to do?

As an Operator, you will work in one of the production departments, such as Gel/Medicine, Encapsulation or Post Production. You will carry out tasks in line with safety regulations (GMP) and quality standards and contribute to a smooth and accurate production process.

Responsabilities (depending on the department):

• Gel/Medicine
• Weighing raw materials according to BMR, protocols, and applicable GMP guidelines;
• Documenting data in BMR, forms, logbooks, and tags;
• Encapsulation
• Spreading capsules onto trays;
• Documenting data in BMR, forms, logbooks, and tags;
• Post Production
• Measuring the hardness of capsules before starting visual inspection;
• Performing visual inspection of capsules on trays;
• Cleaning trays;
• Documenting data in BMR, forms, logbooks, and tags.

Where will you work?
You will be working for an international organisation in the pharmaceutical sector in Tilburg. At this location, commercial medicines are produced in the form of softgel capsules.

What do we ask?

• LBO / LBO+ working and thinking level;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Experience in a production environment is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of GMP and EH&S is an advantage;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus;
• Knowledge of WI’s, SOP’s, and e-learnings is an advantage;
• Quality awareness: Striving for consistent quality, identifying and anticipating potential issues;
• Orderliness, cleanliness and safety: Working carefully in accordance with applicable rules and procedures;
• Teamwork: Effectively contributing to shared team goals.
