We’re looking for motivated full-time logistics professionals to join our dynamic facility in Helmond. If you speak English and have experience with order picking, this is your chance!

• *What are you going to do?

Join the team and help ensure smooth and accurate order processing. In this role, you will use an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) and a hand scanner to pick orders, report any discrepancies, and make sure all products are handled correctly. You will also pack orders with care, using the right boxes and labels to ensure safe and on-time delivery. In addition, you will contribute to improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.

You will work from Monday to Friday in a two-shift schedule: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

What do we offer?
In addition to a gross hourly wage of €16,10 gross per hour (incl. 7% shift allowance) that will be paid weekly, we offer:

• 25% overtime allowance and even 50% on Saturdays;
• Travel allowance will be € 0,23 per km (0-35 kilometer single trip);
• Quarterly bonus opportunities;
• 8.33% holiday allowance & 25 days of leave (full-time basis);
• Possibility of a permanent contract and skill development.

Where will you work?
You will be working at Valeo, a manufacturer of car parts. Parts such as clutch plates, windshield wipers and ignition locks are transported throughout Europe from the location in Helmond. The company is easy to reach by car and is located in the lively Eindhoven region. Parking is free. There is a good atmosphere within the company and fun activities are often organized, such as an annual family day. During your break you can enjoy free coffee, tea or soup.

What do we ask?

• You speak and understand English;
• You have experience as an order picker using a hand scanner and EPT;
• You’re safety-conscious and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
