Through Actief Werkt!, you will join CWS Cleanrooms, a leading provider of cleanroom garment services and hygiene-focused solutions. At this location, the main focus is on maintaining, cleaning, and preparing specialized workwear used by customers in the high-tech and pharmaceutical sectors.

You will be supported with a comprehensive onboarding process and quickly become part of a close-knit team. As Packaging Operator you are responsible for preparing clean workwear for customers in industries where hygiene and quality are critical. Your daily tasks include inspecting garments, neatly folding them, and packaging them according to strict guidelines. Because you work in a cleanroom setting, precision, consistency, and attention to detail are essential at all times.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare cleanroom garments by folding and packing them correctly.
• Follow quality standards and operating procedures accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed carefully and efficiently.
• Help maintain the high hygiene standards required within the cleanroom.

Working Schedule


You will work a fixed Monday to Friday schedule in a rotating two-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00 AM - 02:15 PM
• Late shift: 02:15 PM - 10:30 PM

Enjoy your weekends off every week. During busier periods, you may also have the option to work additional weekend hours voluntarily to increase your earnings.

Important Information
To protect the cleanliness of the work environment, strict hygiene requirements apply. You will wear specialized protective clothing while working in the cleanroom. For this reason, jewelry, piercings, makeup, and artificial nails are not permitted during your shift. These measures help ensure a safe, controlled, and contamination-free workplace that meets the highest industry standards.

• An hourly wage of €17.91, including shift allowance.
• Earn an additional €1.00 per hour when working in the cleanroom.
• The opportunity to secure a permanent contract in the near future.
• An end-of-year bonus of 5.33%.
• 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek.

• A travel allowance of €0.15 per kilometre (from 5 km onwards).
