Functieomschrijving

In this position, you help maintain public green areas such as parks, roadside verges, plant beds and recreational spaces. Your daily tasks may include trimming, weeding, mowing, planting, leaf blowing and general upkeep. Depending on the project, you may also support broader public‑area operations: street cleaning, litter removal, bin emptying, assisting the sweeping crew or helping with seasonal maintenance. You work in a team that ensures the Roermond region remains tidy, safe and pleasant for everyone.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has interest or experience in green maintenance or public‑area work
• Enjoys outdoor, hands‑on tasks and can handle physical work
• Holds a valid driver’s license B (BE is an advantage)
• Is reliable, motivated and represents the team well
• Can work independently but also collaborates easily with colleagues
• Is eager to learn and open to taking on different responsibilities
• Works safely and responsibly in public environments
