• *This role starts with an 8-month contract and offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Nike's digital content operations across EMEA.

• *What are you going to do?

As a Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content production lifecycle across Nike-owned digital channels, including Nike.com, the Nike App, NTC, NRC, SNKRS, and Email. You will ensure content is delivered, approved, and published on time while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing content production workflows from execution brief through to publishing across multiple digital channels.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely content delivery and processing.
• Tracking day-to-day production activities and monitoring progress throughout the content lifecycle.
• Acting as a key point of contact for creative approvals, campaign launches, and seasonal projects.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and business priorities.
• Communicating production updates and project status to stakeholders across marketing, operations, and digital teams.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on relevant KPIs and production performance metrics.
• Publishing and executing content across digital channels to support campaign and business objectives.
• Supporting the implementation of new tools, capabilities, processes, and ways of working in partnership with the Channel Excellence team.
• Identifying process improvements and opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

What do we ask?

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management, content operations, traffic management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Interest in digital ecosystems, content operations, technology, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and focus on execution excellence.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours or weekends when required.
