As a Online Marketeer, you will be responsible for driving performance and strategy across large-scale Search accounts for international clients. You will combine deep platform expertise with a strong analytical and strategic mindset to continuously improve results and maximize campaign performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing Search strategies for international clients;
• Managing and optimizing high-budget Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads;
• Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities;
• Driving campaign improvements through strategic optimization and data-driven insights;
• Collaborating with Programmatic and Social specialists to deliver integrated media strategies;
• Translating campaign results into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders;
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a key contact for performance marketing topics;
• Identifying opportunities to scale, innovate, and maximize Search performance.

Where will you work?
You will join an international organization operating at the forefront of digital marketing, technology, and innovation. The company works with international brands to improve marketing performance through data, strategy, and technology.

You will become part of a collaborative Paid Media team, working alongside specialists across multiple digital channels and disciplines to develop integrated, full-funnel media strategies for global clients.

What do we ask?

• 1+ year of experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA), preferably with large-scale campaigns;
• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
• Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level);
• Experience with international clients and cross-functional Paid Media teams is preferred.
