As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the main point of contact for drivers and delivery partners. Based at the Greenlight Hub in Amsterdam, you provide both in-person and virtual support, helping partners successfully join and operate on the platform.

You provide clear guidance, resolve issues efficiently, and create a welcoming and professional experience for partners. Combining customer service, operational thinking, and problem-solving skills, you help partners get started quickly and support their ongoing success.

What You'll Do

• Provide in-person and virtual support to drivers and delivery partners at the Greenlight Hub;
• Assist partners with account setup, document verification, and onboarding processes;
• Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, payments, trips, documentation, and app functionality;
• Educate partners on platform policies, updates, and best practices;
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex cases;
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures to ensure compliance and data accuracy;
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive work environment.

• Experience in customer support, operations, sales, account management, hospitality, or another customer-facing role;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (required);

• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence using digital tools and systems;

Important: This is a fully office-based position in Amsterdam. Hybrid or remote working is not available.
