Barrel-aged Imperial Stout inspired by the flavors of American summer tradition. Brewed with a complex variety of caramel and chocolate malts, it is fermented and conditioned in stainless for over a month before aging in bourbon barrels for two years. After reaching peak saturation we rested it on blueberry, strawberry, and heaps of fresh vanilla beans. When poured, it resembles syrup in the glass and carries tasting notes of chocolate-covered blueberries and strawberries, chocolate wafer cookies, and oaky vanilla cream. It is well-balanced, decadent, and full of flavor without being overwhelming—a real treat!
