This is a blend of a Munich malt stout that spent 251 days maturing in Irish whiskey casks, and a Belgian stout that rested for no less than 519 days in tequila barrels.
Two completely different barrel-aged worlds, brought together in a single glass.
On the nose, you’ll find dark chocolate, roasted malt and fresh oak, followed by ripe fruit, pear, vanilla and a subtle touch of spice. The flavor unfolds layer by layer. It starts dark, smooth and velvety, with notes of chocolate and bread crust. Then fruity esters, spice and the warm influence of the tequila barrels emerge, giving the beer a surprising liveliness. No adjuncts, pure craft brewing!
Complex yet perfectly balanced, with a gentle sweetness and a long, layered finish. A beer to enjoy slowly, made even better when shared with friends. Cheers!
