Autoclave Hydra 100 is a Class N autoclave, fully automatic, easy to use, and performs sterilization cycles at 125°C in just 15 minutes.

It has a capacity of 9 liters and complies with Directive 93/42/EEC on small steam sterilizers.

With its reliability, speed and less space it is a good alternative to class B autoclaves for sterilizing solid instruments without protection.

The HYDRA 100 autoclave is equipped with a heating element placed under the sterilization chamber which allows distilled water to be heated to 125°C.

The pressure that is created inside the sterilization chamber, in combination with the temperature, allows for complete asepsis of the instruments.

The sterilizer is equipped with several sensors that monitor the temperature range, which is preset and cannot be changed to avoid tampering.

Operation is very easy, just turn the knob that controls the time of the sterilization cycle and the autoclave starts the heating phase. When it reaches 125°C, a light signal will inform you that the sterilization phase has begun.

At the end of the cycle just open the vent valve and wait 2 minutes. The sterilization cycle is complete and it is possible to unload the sterilized instruments.

The machine is equipped with several safety systems, including a thermostat that interrupts the sterilization cycle in case of excessive temperature. It is also equipped with a TUV certified safety valve system (PED IV), the same one installed in class B autoclaves.;
