Duitse M35 SE64 DD LW-helm

Duitse M35 SE64 DD LW-helm Dit is een behoorlijk opwindende helm. Het is een M35 DD LW-helm die tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog door Duits personeel op vliegvelden in heel Europa is gebruikt als brandweer- en bewakingshelm. De helm heeft een wit geschilderde ring die kenmerkend is voor deze wacht- en brandweerhelmen. Wat de helm bijzonder maakt is dat M34 helmen normaal gesproken gebruikt werden als brandweer- en bewakingshelmen. Maar dit is een M35-helm, wat een beetje ongebruikelijk is. Het is een vroege M35 LW helm wat te zien is aan de kleur, dit is een glanzende verfsoort met de kleur "blaugrau" (blauwgrijs). De emblemen zitten nog steeds op de helm - hoewel slechts ongeveer 25% van de Eagle overblijft - zie foto's. Voering is het origineel. De helm is gestempeld met duidelijke stempels respectievelijk SE64 aan de linkerkant van de helm en lotnummer 3806 aan de achterkant van de helm. De helm verkeert in goede staat en heeft een groot deel van de originele blauwgrijze verf behouden - zie foto's.

German M35 SE64 DD LW helmet This is a pretty exciting helmet. It is an M35 DD LW helmet that was used as a fire and security helmet by German personnel at airfields throughout Europe during World War II. The helmet has a white painted ring that is characteristic of these guard and fire helmets. What makes the helmet special is that M34 helmets were normally used as fire brigade and security helmets. But this is an M35 helmet, which is a bit unusual. It is an early M35 LW helmet which can be seen by the color, which is a glossy paint type with the color "blaugrau" (blue-gray). The decals are still on the helmet - although only about 25% of the Eagle remains - see photos. Lining is the original. The helmet is stamped with clear stamps SE64 on the left side of the helmet and lot number 3806 on the back of the helmet respectively. The helmet is in good condition and retains much of the original blue-gray paint - see photos.
