World War 1 - 1915 - German AEG Shell case. Great War souvenir - Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft AG (German for 'General electricity company).
This piece was probably brought back from the front line by an allied Soldier, as a souvenir from the First World War.
These were often used as vases and umbrella stands.
Approx Size is 23cm tall 9cm wide at the base.
The Piece is in good, used condition, No major damage, with wear & signs of use consistent with age - Please study the photos to gauge the condition for yourself.
