Wind up monkey

Adorable and charming vintage wind-up monkey band from the 1950s.

These delightful vintage monkey toys bring back the charm of mid-20th century toys.These plush Mid-century monkeys feature a wind-up mechanism that allows the monkeys to play their instruments. The toys are made of plush material, giving it a nostalgic look and feel.

1) Monkey with barrel organ/hurdy-gurdy: original West-German wind up Jolly Musical Monkey toy Max Carl (Creidlitz bei Coburg). The monkey is used, but still in good condition, functions are intact: monkey turns organ, tail turns in circles, monkey slowly turns around axis (see pictures).

2 and 3) One monkey with rattles and one monkey with drum. Original West-German wind up Jolly Musical Monkey toys by Max Carl (Creidlitz bei Coburg). They are in need of some TLC as there's wear to the plush and instruments. The wind up mechanisms are all still working (see pictures).

4 and 5) Two monkeys with cymbals. Used condition with visible wear on the plush material and cymbals.They are in need of some TLC as there's wear to the plush and instruments. The wind-up mechanism still works but is not flawless anymore, some of the stitching has come undone (see pictures).
