This 17 % vol. liqueur wine is produced in the Region of the Island of Madeira (VLQPRD of Portugal) by Manoel R. d’Assumpçao & Fos, casa fundada In 1887.
It ages in heated vats called "Estufa" at 40°C for 3 months to caramelize the sugars. It is then blended with other wines of the same nature and of different ages to obtain a quality that is always identical. Finally, it is aged in wooden barrels.

Palate: Strong in aroma with a delicate taste, an aromatic profile
