This wine is crafted from partially dried Sangiovese grapes, blended with other local varieties, and aged for several years in small oak barrels using the classic Tuscan “appassimento” and slow oxidative ageing methods.

The 2020 vintage produced a wine of vibrant aromas and balanced sweetness.
Vin Santo di Carmignano 2020 displays a warm amber colour. The bouquet reveals notes of dried apricot, almond, honey, candied orange peel, and subtle hints of spice and toasted nuts.
