Falcon F16 catamaran bj 2012

While i used the boat frequently in the first few years, I didn't use it that much since 2017. It even stayed inside for 2 summer seasons. Winter time, the boat was always stored inside a garage.
Boat is fully equipped with full race package. I weigh 76 kg and I have enough weight to righten the boat after capsize by myself when sailing solo.
The boat is ready to sail. I did my best to maintain the boat as it should. Rigging has been replaced once already, and some ropework as well. 

Obviously, during those years, some parts have been replaced. (daggerboard, rudder blade, rudder frame, joystick, boom, spinakker pole, front beam)
Boat comes with the original sails (main and jib in very good condition, spinakker has some burn marks near retriever but is still fine) Optionally, I also have a second set of sails that I use solely for races. They have been used 20 sailing sessions in total.
I have a sail box, trailer, and cat track available as well.
Starting price for boat with original sails only would be 8000 Euros. Full package asking price would be 10500 Euros.
Reason for selling is that I don't sail enough (kids, work, wife :) ) to justify the yearly fee in my sailing club and winter storage.
The boat is really fast, notably faster than some of the newer heavier Falcons on the market, with who I sparred regularly.
