Cortland’s Specialty Compact Sink Type 6

Dit is de uliteme zinklijn voor het snoekvissen vanuit de Bellyboat. Met een paar'false casts' lanceer je de streamer een flink eind weg en dat is prettig vissen vanuit de Bellyboat. De exacte 'sinkrate' van deze Cortland compact sink lijn is 6 a 7 ips en dat brengt de streamer dus vlot op diepte. De intermediate volglijn zorgt voor een beter en directer contact met de vis en dat is essentieel bij het vissen op snoek.

We hebben de Quick Descent 24 serie aan ons assortiment toegevoegd. Een old-skool type zinklijn, met up-to-date techniek en coating, met een zinkende belly van 24 ft en een drijvende volglijn. Deze serie hebben we opgenomen als vervanger van de T-series, die we om diverse redenen niet meer leveren. De lijnen zijn qua opbouw hiermee vergelijkbaar, maar zijn een stuk duurzamer - en wel echt made in USA! Topkwaliteit van de beste lijnfabrikant.

A longer, sinking tip section allows the flies to fish at a different angle. Ideal for fishing larger lures with a fast retrieve near the surface or getting those nymphs down deeper, where 'feel' is the key to success.

Hoverer

Distance Taper, Super Slow Sink Rate 0.75 to 1inch per second.
This has the ability to hold your flies in the zone for far longer due to its very slow sink rate. Ideal for presenting your flies with maximum control, in that 'critical zone', the top few feet of water where most of the trout's feeding takes place.

Ghost Intermediate

Distance Taper, Intermediate Sink Rate 1.5inches a second.
A superb all-rounder, this line has the ability to enhance your catch rate on all manner of stillwater fishing situations. Idea for fishing with all manners of lures from un-weighted to heavily weighted ones, this line offers that 'level plane' presentation that most fish find irresistible.

This is the perfect small stillwater sinking line, which will work extremely well when it comes to fishing everything from nymphs to lures. Ideal choice for fishing teams of flies through the water column. Use a fast retrieve for the surface layers and slow steady figure of eight for deeper work.

Low-Zone

Distance Taper, Fast Sink Rate 5inches per second.
This is a line that’s tuned to fishing large individual lures or even teams of flies at depth with very little effort. Ideal for early season and in the heat of summer when the trout are loathe to come up near the surface of the water. The ultimate line for pulling apart bright lures, deeper in the cool depths.

Deck-Zone

Distance Taper, Fast Sink Rate 7 inches per second.
For reservoir the angler – and anyone who has access to deep water. Ideal for when you need to get the flies deep down near the lake bed fast. This is the fly line for fishing vertical buzzers straight up and down or boobies just off the bottom.

Vector Coastal Flyline

De allernieuwste lijnen van A.Jensen zijn binnen. Dit is precies de lijn die je zoekt bij het vissen op zeeforel! Deze fantastische lijnen zijn speciaal gemaakt voor de zoutwatervisserij en daarom zijn het ook hele duurzame lijnen. De lijnen zijn extra verstevigd met een ''power zone''. Het kritieke punt, vlak achter de head, waar normaal de lijn het hardste slijt vanwege de dubbelstrip en vrijwing, is hier extra verstevigd. Wat gebleven is, is de excellente runningline waar A.Jensen zo bekend om staat. Deze lijnen werpen, dankzij de super kwaliteit runningline, met groot gemak heel erg ver. Een ander groot voordeel is het gevoel dat de hengel makkelijk laadt. Deze vliegenlijnen zijn ook gemaakt om zeer grote streamers weg te zetten. The new Vector Coastal line is based on our immensely popular Vector Fly line.

This version is made especially for the coastal fishing for seatrout and seabass.

The head is made for loading quickly, which will help any caster, especially the less experienced ones. For the experienced casters we have made the running line extra thin and extra long in this Coastal version for you to achieve those long casts as easy as possible.

The Vector Coastal features our new "Power Zone", which is a section just behind the head. This part is always the part that breaks, due to the heavy beating it takes during double hauls. The "Power Zone" is a zone that is build to take that beating and prolonging the life of your line. The "Power Zone" is a bit heavier than the running line, and the resin a lot tuffer, creating a harder coating in the "Power Zone".

The taper also helps turning bigger flies easier, which is needed when streamers and lures needs to be delivered for hungry fish.

The Vector Coastal line is 2 colored. The head in light blue and the running line in fluo orange. This makes the casting easier, as you can easily detect where the end of the head is, meaning when to shoot line.

All lines are equipped with premade slim welded loops in both ends.

Big Fly II Flyline

De ultieme lijn voor het zware werk! Deze nieuwe A.Jensen super-lijn werpt elke grote streamer zo ver als je wil. Het voordeel van deze lijn is dat je niet perse al het gewicht voor in de head hebt. Het voelt wel zo als je de worp opzet, maar je kunt de lijn makkelijk in de lucht houden door het 'longbelly' ontwerp. Dat extra gedeelte van de longbelly is ook nog eens extra verstevigd (power-zone) en dus gaat deze super-lijn ook nog eens jarenlang mee. En dat zijn nog niet eens alle voordelen van deze fantastische lijn, want uiteraard zijn deze lijnen uitgerust met de geweldige 'runningline' waar A.Jensen zo bekend om staat. Deze lijnen schieten met een dubbelstrip naar de horizon!

The new Big Fly II line is a real bomb of a WF line. It is made for one goal only, and that is to make casting with big bulky flies as easy as possible - meaning a great line for predator fishing that requires big flies, Like Pike/Musky.

But the line is also very useful for throwing bulky flies in saltwater - like for Sea Bass

The head is made for loading quickly, which will get the big flies "flying" right from the first false cast.

We talked to, and listened to, flyfishers from different areas in Denmark. People that we had heard, had made special home designed shooting heads to optimise the fishing in their homewaters. 1. HORIZON-

The HORIZON is a head for casting in most situations. The head is slightly bullit shaped for enhanced turnover and a serious "punch" in the line, so that it really loads the rod and get the fly out there with as little effort as possible. Perfect for the bulkier flies or when there is a bit of wind. The head is 9,4 m long and comes in floating (Light Sky blue) and Intermediate (Semi Clear - meaning clear coating on a white dacron core). The lines have our new super slim welded loops in both ends and the line specs are printed on the coating to identify the line.

2. PRESENTATION

The PRESENTATION head is for those days with no wind, where you need a subtle presentation of a small fly on a flat surface, maybe even in shallow water. In other words for those days where you "Stealth Fishing" is the rule of the day in order to succeed. The head has a long front taper that will ensure that delicate landing on the water and subtle presentation of the fly. It is 9,0 m long and comes in floating (Light Sky blue) and Intermediate (Semi Clear - meaning clear coating on a white dacron core). The lines have our new super slim welded loops in both ends and the line specs are printed on the coating to identify the line.

3. SPECIALIST

The SPECIALIST head is for those places with very little space for the back cast, or when fishing in hard windy conditions. Classic situations is when you fish in front of a cliff, a steep hill or trees. This is also the head to use if the wind comes from a angle that brings a normal shooting head too close to your own head when casting or even when fishing i direct head wind. It is also perfect for situations where you want to fish off a stretch of water close to shore. The head is rather compact with a steep front taper, that will help making good turnovers even in crazy winds. It is 6,8 m long and comes in floating (Light Sky blue) and Intermediate (Semi Clear - meaning clear coating on a white dacron core). The lines have our new super slim welded loops in both ends and the line specs are printed on the coating to identify the line.

4. DELAYED TO

The DELAYED TO is a head for those days where the wind comes from the perfect direction behind you, and is not too strong. Those days where yu make the longest casts....The DELAYED TO will prolong the flight time of the head, and thereby give you the maximum distance. In short, this will be the line you will be able to make the longest cast with, in those good wind conditions. The head has a taper that will ensure the head straightens slower than the other heads, hence the name, which will increase the flight time, and thereby the casting length. It is 10,2 m long and comes in floating (Light Sky blue) and Intermediate (Semi Clear - meaning clear coating on a white dacron core). The lines have our new super slim welded loops in both ends and the line specs are printed on the coating to identify the line.
