Flexibility : Broiler zone individualy adjustable just to adapt cooking height.
Sliding zone mounted on 4 ball bearings to adapt it to the meat thickness.
Easy use : spit easely mounted due to a simple mechanical item.
Long life : The spit base is fully hermetic so that the electric engine is
protected against grease or gravy ,mounted on ball bearings it support
easely weight of the meat and shocks. Is protected from distorsion.
Easy Maintenance: moulded juice receiver,equiped with punched gridlle and removable drawer.
Electrical type :regulation by switches, heating by armoured elements
treated "incoloy" Fitted with warmkeeping stones.
Delivered with : 1 complete spit with disc and pin.
Option : guard in stainless steel.
