I offer you a very original and beautiful piece of American history. 1960s US fallout shelter sign from the Cold War period. New Old Stock condition, unused, however, due to many years of storage, it may have signs of time. The signs are made of galvanized steel. They were screen printed the fashioned way black print first and then the yellow over that.
Size: approx 36 cm x 26 cm
Printed at the bottom of the sign in small print it says "DOD FS NO.2 (NOT TO BE REPRODUCED OR USED WITHOUT DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PERMISSION".
This has 4 small mounting holes, one in each corner.
