A finely potted Delftware vase, tin-glazed and painted in blue after Chinese porcelain prototypes. The body is molded in a graceful form with Ruyi-shaped contours, and decorated with a detailed scene of rock formations, flowering plants, and a centrally placed phoenix — a motif symbolizing virtue, renewal, and prosperity. The painterly composition and delicate brushwork reflect the strong influence of imported Chinese wares on 18th-century Delft pottery.

Condition: A small repaired chip at the mouth and minor glaze losses to the rim and base, consistent with age and typical for Delftware.
