Lamina Light Sculpture - Sunrise, ontworpen door Tijs Gilde en vervaardigd in Nederland (2020+), is een moderne sculptuur van gerecycled acryl in nieuwstaat met afmetingen H84 x B55 x D12,5 cm en een gewicht van 7,5 kg, voorzien van een modulair zwart lichtmeubel met afstandsbediening en LED-verlichting.
The Lamina Light sculptures offer a novel interplay of light and geometric color patterns. The semi-transparent, overlapping slats create a dynamic color spectrum that shifts with varying perspectives. The modular, black light fixture enables users to effortlessly insert patterns.
Customizable brightness and warmth settings can be achieved to reach ideal lighting conditions. Its slats, crafted from recycled acrylic, dynamically shift color in response to variations in light intensity and warmth.
Lamina Light is investigating innovative methods to enhance both manufacturing efficiency and recycling processes. Adhering to a circular design philosophy, the designer ensures that components can be largely deconstructed and recycled at the conclusion of their lifespan.
Transnatural's Lamina Light is a creation by designer Tijs Gilde. This showmodel is in perfect condition, and steered by a remote controle. Regular retail price is 2290 EU, the showmodel is offered for (a bit) less to the Catawiki community.
