Takarabune In de Japanse folklore is de Takarabune, of "Schatschip", een mythisch schip dat door de hemel wordt bestuurd door de Zeven Geluksgoden tijdens de eerste drie dagen van het nieuwe jaar.

De goden dragen takaramono (宝物) of schatdingen met zich mee, waaronder de hoed van onzichtbaarheid (隠れ笠, kakuregasa), rollen brokaat (織物, orimono), de onuitputtelijke portemonnee (金袋 kanebukuro), de geheime sleutels van de schatkist van de goden (鍵 kagi), de rollen van boeken van wijsheid en leven (巻き物 makimono), de magische hamer (小槌 kozuchi), de geluksregenjas (隠れ蓑, Kakuremino), het gewaad van feeënveren (羽衣, Hagoromo) en de Bag of Fortune (布袋 Nunobukuro).

The gods carry with them takaramono (宝物), or treasure things, including the hat of invisibility (隠れ笠, kakuregasa), rolls of brocade (織物, orimono), the inexhaustible purse (金袋 kanebukuro), the secret keys to the treasure shed of the gods (鍵 kagi), the scrolls of books of wisdom and life (巻き物 makimono), the magic mallet (小槌 kozuchi), the lucky raincoat (隠れ蓑, kakuremino), the robe of fairy feathers (羽衣, hagoromo), and the bag of fortune (布袋 nunobukuro).[1]
