Received this screen for my projector last week - It arrived with the outside frame dented in. Motor and electronics still perfectly fine. It is brand new, never used, still in its original packaging. Should be an easy fix for someone slightly handy (I am not). Just need to un-dent or even just remove the exterior frame.
